3. User Responsibilities

As a user of FloatBeats, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App to infringe on any third-party rights

  • Respect copyright laws when sharing lyrics

4. Intellectual Property

App Content: The FloatBeats app, including its design, features, and code, is owned by FloatBeats and protected by intellectual property laws.

Lyrics: Song lyrics displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and are the property of their respective copyright holders. FloatBeats displays lyrics for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Contributions: When you contribute lyrics to our database, you grant FloatBeats a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute those contributions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FloatBeats is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The accuracy or completeness of lyrics
  • Compatibility with all devices or music apps
  • Continuous availability of the service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloatBeats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
